USDA grant sparks Texas State’s creation of welding curriculum for colleges and universities
Texas State University has received a $750,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to implement a standardized welding curriculum across four-year academic institutions as well as boost performance of welding techniques. The grant is part of a USDA initiative to address the growing shortage of welders nationwide.
