You Are Driving What's NEXT at TXST and NEXT IS NOW. TXST continues to achieve remarkable progress as we close the NEXT IS NOW Campaign. With the continued support of our alumni, donors, and friends Texas State is on track to achieve national research university status by 2027. Thanks to all who have put us on this path.

Your support has played a crucial role in driving the NEXT IS NOW campaign, which is dedicated to shaping the future of TXST through a strong commitment to student success and research. The last few years have been the strongest for fundraising in our history and your continued support will help us across the finish line.

His research focuses on systematics and genetics.

Campaign Priorities: Student Scholarships = $134.3 million. Our students are the present and future face of Texas. Scholarships empower aspiring minds by removing financial barriers. Academics = $50.9 million to support teaching and research. We don't wait for the future to arrive. Investments in our faculty and research help shape that future. Athletics = $28.0 million in athletic facilities and programs. From football to volleyball to golf, our student-athletes excel on and off the field. Campuses = $28.6 million for campus projects. Bowl Champions A season full of history and records ended with a victory in a place Texas State football had never been --in a bowl game. Bobcats clinched a 45-21 win over Rice in the SERVPRO First Responder Bowl at Gerald J. Ford Stadium on Dec 26. Bobcat fans showed great support for our team with ticket sales and tailgate participation exceeding expectations. Support from the entire Bobcat family is helping them build on their success, hit new milestones, and pursue more championships. $20.6 million - Athletic Scholarships. 1098 Bobcat Club members. $11.5 million - Football Endzone Complex.
