About the Event
Zoom with us from your kitchen and cook along with Chef Trent Boudreaux (B.B.A. '01) as he takes participants through a culinary demonstration for his famous Chicken and Sausage Gumbo.
Participants will receive the recipe and ingredients list ahead of time, including special ways to vary the recipe or make it more advanced (such as making your own chicken stock).
You'll also have the opportunity to learn speciality drink pairings from a professional mixologist.
